Real Trends ranks Grbic, Carnahan real estate teams among tops in country

Two area real estate agent teams and a real estate agent have been ranked among the nation’s top performers in housing transactions and sales volume.

Two area real estate agent teams and a real estate agent have been ranked among the nation’s top performers in housing transactions and sales volume.

Real Trends, a Colorado-based national real estate communications and consulting company, named Select Homes Mike Grbic Team and the Carnahan Group to its “The Thousand” rankings for 2013.

The rankings comprise 250 spots in each of four catetories: top teams by transactions, top teams by volume, top sales professional by transactions and top sales professional by volume.

The Grbic team ranked 10th in the country with 853 housing transactions, and 93rd in sales volume of $115.4 million.

The Carnahan Group, at J.P. Weigand & Sons, ranked 237th with 253 housing transactions, and 169th in sales volume of $91.2 million.

Among its rankings of top sales professionals by number of transactions, Real Trends said Basem Krichati of Re/Max Superior Realtors ranked 103rd for transactions in 2013.

Real Trends said data are submitted by individual agents and teams, and the data they report is verified by a third party.
