CrossFirst Bank has hired Shay Regular as a personal banker and Carolyn Doerksen as a receptionist.
Brian Austin, previously engineering employer relations and coordinator at Wichita State University office of cooperative education and work-based learning, has been named manager-employer relations.
Kim Kufahl, previously marketing manager, Wichita State office of cooperative education and work-based learning, has been named assistant director-marketing and strategic communication.
Kathy Mikols, a financial adviser with Waddell & Reed, has qualified for the company’s annual Circle of Champions conference.
Jennifer Hecht has joined Prairie View’s Reflection Ridge office. Hecht is a licensed clinical professional counselor and a licensed clinical addictions counselor.
Teresa Cowan-Christen, a temporary licensed psychologist, and Carla Lehr, a licensed psychologist, have joined Advocates for Behavioral Health. Lehr, who also has a practice with Associates of Family Services, will practice at Advocates for Behavioral Health on Mondays.
