About 150 volunteers are expected to participate in a community improvement project Saturday.

Sponsored by Young Professionals of Wichita, volunteers will make improvements at the homes of six Wichita residents and at the Downtown Senior Center.

The work at the center includes installing a “little free library,” which is a small structure used to exchange books, and a landscaping project. This is the sixth year YPW has held a community improvement project day.
