Kevin Hoppock honored by Kansas Academy of Family Physicians

The Kansas Academy of Family Physicians, which represents more than 1,000 family practitioners across the state, has named Kevin Hoppock the 2014 Physician of the Year, according to a news release.
Hoppock works at Via Christi Clinic and has practiced for 22 years.
He is a graduate of Wichita State University and the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He completed the Wesley Family Medicine Residency Program.
Nominations for the award came from community members, and a selection committee determined the winner from those nominations.
Hoppock will be honored during the organization’s annual meeting in Overland Park June 6.
