Verizon Wireless is looking to hire up to 35 workers in Kansas.
The jobs are in retail sales, business sales and network operations, said Verizon Wireless Kansas spokeswoman Brenda Hill in an e-mail.
She said the positions are in Wichita, central Kansas and Kansas City.
The company said in a news release that it is looking to hire a similar number of workers in Missouri.
The positions are full-time and include benefits such as health care, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance and bonuses.
Applications can be submitted at www.vzwcareers.com.
The company will hold an interview day in Wichita on April 23 for people who complete an online application and are invited, Hill said.
She also said that the company is especially interested in hiring veterans.
