Climate change topic of engineering society lecture

The Wichita chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers will host a speaker on climate change at a luncheon next week.
Tom Werkema, vice president of ASHRAE, will talk about the current understanding of the science of climate change, according to a news release from the Wichita chapter.
The public is invited to attend.
The presentation will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 13 at the Petroleum Club, 100 N. Broadway, Suite 900. Cost to attend is $15, which includes lunch.
