Mercedes Perales, a psychiatrist with Prairie View, has been awarded the Mental Health Professional of the Year Award by the Wichita branch of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.


F. James Robinson, a partner in the law firm of Hite, Fanning & Honeyman, has been awarded a Distinguished Service Award by The Kansas Association for Justice for his efforts on behalf of merit selection for the appellate courts and for preservation of a fair and impartial judiciary in Kansas.


Bud Snodgrass has been appointed the director of logistics at Universal Lubricants.
