Emily Keesling, Tom McDonald, Kyle Miller and Zach Strack have each been promoted from associate to senior associate at Allen, Gibbs & Houlik.
Steve Farmer has joined Fidelity Bank as a senior residential loan officer.
Stephen “Homer” Green has been appointed cashier of Citizens Bank of Kansas. Green replaces Victoria Goetz, who retired after 25 years with the bank. Green also serves as operations officer.

Rod Blackburn, co-owner of WB Construction, has been named chairman of Workforce Alliance of South Central Kansas. Kathy Jewett, human resources manager for Kaman Composites has been named vice chairwoman.
Sheldon Preskorn, professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at the KU School of Medicine-Wichita, was awarded the Faculty Investigator Research Award at KU’s Faculty Research Day.
Kyle Vincent, a surgeon with Via Christi Clinic, has been named a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Kevin Miller, director of the Division of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita at Wesley Medical Center, has completed National Board Certification in the new subspecialty of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.
Phillip Challans, diabetes specialist, has joined Galichia Medical Group.
Kim Madison with Best Western Wichita North Hotel & Suites, has been awarded the Hotelier of the Year from the company.
Dan Monnat of Monnat & Spurrier has been inducted into the American Board of Criminal Lawyers.

Sally Salguero, assistant district attorney of Wichita, has been awarded the Life Time Achievement Award from the Kansas County & District Attorneys Association.
