Waterfront developers confirmed Friday the first tenant for their newest project, an 8-acre professional and medical office park.
Stephen Clark II of Clark Investment Group said the tenant is expected to be orthodonitist Ken Dillehay, who operates east and west Wichita offices.
Dillehay’s office will be in a section of the multi-use Waterfront development that fronts 13th Street east of Webb, and will be east of Bonefish Grill.
Dillehay could not be reached for comment Friday.

“It’s not a big park,” Clark said, adding that its tenants will be similar in size to those found at Wilson Estates Medical Office Park.
He said the lots in the park are being offered for sale or in a build-to-suit arrangement.
It’s an “office park use where the business owner can have their own piece of land and their own building in a Class A development,” Clark said.
He said discussions are in progress for additional tenants.
“We are talking to a couple of other, serious potential tenants,” Clark said.
Even with this latest project, he said plenty of work remains to fill the Waterfront development, including apartments, additional office buildings and retail development between the small office park and Bonefish Grill.
