Oxford Development Holdings is partnering with Seneca Investments of Addison, Texas, to develop, build and manage senior housing in Dallas-area markets, according to a news release.
The first joint project, a 36-unit Oxford Glen Memory Care facility at 4546 Bunker Hill Road in Sachse, Texas, is slated to open in December. General contractor is Ayars & Ayars.
The estimated construction cost for the first phase is $5.5 million, according to an Oxford spokeswoman. There is a possibility to expand the project to 72 units at a later date.
Seneca Investments is a privately owned real estate company founded in 1996 that focuses on commercial real estate investment, according to the release.
Oxford has three senior living communities in the Wichita area: Glen Carr House Memory Care, Oxford House Home-Plus Senior Care at Broadmoor and the Oxford Grand, an assisted-living and memory care facility under construction near NewMarket Square.
