Advertising agency Lifeboat Creative has announced plans to move from the Garvey Center to 3,300 square feet OF space on the main floor of the Zelman building at Douglas and St. Francis in June.
The expansion will provide room for existing operations and for growth.
“We are excited to help design an open-floor plan which will allow for more collaboration for our employees and greater capacity for future expansion,” principal Jeremy Luginbill said.
Lifeboat Creative staff was drawn to the architectural integrity that has been preserved. The company’s new office space will have the original tin ceiling tiles and translucent walls. The building was developed by Bokeh Development and listed by J.P. Weigand.
“With the help of Bokeh Development, we are able to reuse materials to make this a streamlined, eco-friendly workspace,” Luginbill said.
Coffee shop Espresso To Go Go is also scheduled to open in May in the Zelman building.
Lifeboat Creative is a Wichita-based, full-service advertising agency with over 100 clients locally and nationally.
