Job fairs coming up in Cowley County

Businesses trying to fill more than 300 positions are expected to participate in job fairs being organized by Cowley First, an economic development agency in Cowley County.
The first job fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at Baden Square, 700 Gary, in Winfield. A job fair in Arkansas City is set for 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. March 6 at the Cowley College Wright Room, 215 S 2nd St.
Businesses and entities represented at the job fair will include Rubbermaid, Galaxy Technology, City of Arkansas City, Creative Community Living and Creekstone Premium Beef.

Free resume assistance and online job search will be also available through the South Central Kansas Workforce Alliance.
