Bank of Kansas parent names new CFO, chairman

The holding company of Bank of Kansas said Friday that it has appointed a new chief financial officer and chairman of the board.

The holding company of Bank of Kansas said Friday that it has appointed a new chief financial officer and chairman of the board.

Southwest Bancorp said Joe T. Shockley, Jr. has been named CFO and Russell W. Teubner has been named chairman for Southwest and Stillwater National Bank.

Shockley will begin his duties Dec. 1. He comes from BancFirst Corp., where he was executive vice president and CFO.

Shockley replaces Randy Waldrup, who was serving as interim CFO.

Teubner will assume his role as chairman on Jan. 1. He replaces Robert B. Rodgers, who is stepping down Dec. 31 after serving 13 years in the post.

Teurner has been serving as a director on both boards.
