Value Place, 8621 E. 21st St., $40,000, remodel, Paul Gray Homes.

Warren Homes, 7710 E. Oakmount, $165,359, house.


Air Products Manufacturing, 6601 S. 71st W., $92,995, trailer.

Cottage Grove, repairs: 5048 S. Jade, 5100 S. Brookhaven, 5133 S. Meadowview, 5047 S. Brookhaven, each valued at $20,000, Simpson Construction.

Klausmeyer Construction, 9700 E. 85th St., $315,800, house.

Prairie Trail Cowboy Church, 8552 S. Broadway, $175,000, building, Buresh Construction.
