The former Sedgwick County Fire Station 35 will be sold at absolute auction at noon on March 24 on site.
The property will sell to the highest bidder with no minimums or reserves, said Braden McCurdy of McCurdy Auction, the auctioneer.
The building is about 6,116 square feet and is located at 651 S. 247th in Goddard. The full brick building has offices, kitchens, bathrooms, a locker room and several multi-purpose rooms, with three bays and overhead doors. It was built in 1975 and expanded in 1992.
