The 2010 Addy Awards for advertising creative excellence included 25 gold awards, 67 silver and 36 bronze.
The awards were presented Tuesday night by the American Advertising Federation of Wichita. The competition drew 135 entrants this year.
Howerton and White took home 30 awards, including the top award, Best of Show, for the packaging design of Nikki Moddelmog's CD, "Revolve."
Best of Broadcast went to Intake Studio for its animation of a series of 15-second commercials for Tulsa Health Department. Best of Print went to Butler Community College for Butler Community College Viewbook. Butler Community College was also awarded Outstanding Brand Implementation, a special judges award.
A second special judges award, Rising Star, went to Justin McClure.
Al Higdon was presented with a Silver Medal Award for his leadership and success in the local advertising community.
Gold winners will go on to district competition. These are gold winners, along with their number of golds: Howerton and White, 10; Butler Community College, four; Associated Advertising, three; JustinMcClure.tv, three; Ulrich Museum of Art, two; Intake Studio, two; and Koch Creative Group, one.
