Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas said this morning that it had signed network agreements with Kansas Spine Hospital and Galichia Heart Hospital. The hospitals' in-network status was effective Jan. 1.
Blue Cross president and CEO Andrew Corbin said adding the two providers "strengthens our Wichita-area network and gives our members access to two quality facilities."
Galichia, an 82-bed full-service hospital, announced its agreement with Blue Cross in December.
Kansas Spine Hospital is a 38-bed subspecialty hospital providing spine and orthopedic care.
