Women who are involved in agriculture are the target audience for the Women Managing the Farm Conference that will be Feb. 5 and 6 at the Hyatt Regency in Wichita.
The conference is for those who've chosen agriculture as a career as well as for those who've landed in it unexpectedly, by marriage or a change in responsibilities, according to conference coordinator Kristy Archuleta.
In addition to five keynote speakers, the conference will include breakout sessions on a range of topics such as estate planning, water rights and crop rotation.
The cost is $99 per person before Jan. 25 or $120 after. Single-day registrationis available.
