Another payday loan business was robbed Wednesday, and police are looking into whether it is connected to several robberies of similar operations around the city last month.

The Check Into Cash store at 303 N. Hillside was robbed by an armed man at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

The suspect demanded money from the cash drawer and put it into a blue bank bag he brought with him, the 19-year-old clerk told police.

The suspect is a black male who is about 5-feet-6 and 125 pounds. He was wearing a blue shirt with red sleeves, and possibly a sweater. He was armed with a black handgun.
