A 38-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of his wife, state officials said today.
Mark Ralstin of Mullinville is accused of shooting and killing 35-year-old Bobbie Joe Ralstin on Friday night, Attorney General Steve Six said. She was killed at their home in Mullinville, authorities have said.
Ralstin was arrested later in Reno County as he tried to enter his sister's home in Hutchinson. His next court appearance has been set for 2 p.m. Nov. 19.
