One man was stabbed during a robbery at a southeast Wichita laundromat early Wednesday morning, police said.
A 40-year-old man walked into the Fabric Care Center at 2910 E. Harry, near George Washington Boulevard, at about 1:20 a.m. Wednesday, Lt. Dan East said. He pulled out a knife and demanded money from a 50-year-old man.
He then stabbed the victim in the right side of the torso. Police responded quickly and arrested the suspect, East said.
The victim was taken to Wesley Medical Center in serious condition.
