The 26-year-old woman told police a man approached her and took her cellphone shortly after midnight near Harry and Webb Road in southeast Wichita, Lt. Dan East said. He then forced her into his silver, four-door Oldsmobile Alero and drove to an ATM at Harry and Webb.

He wanted her to withdraw money, East said, but she was able to run away and escape.
