A Wichita man charged with taking nude photos of a 14-year-old was sentenced Thursday to probation.

Joseph R. Hutchison, 26, also was ordered to undergo sex offender treatment on three counts of breach of privacy, Sedgwick County District Attorney spokesman Dan Dillon said Thursday by e-mail. The probation carries an underlying prison term of 18 months, should Hutchison violate its terms, Dillon said.

Sedgwick County District Court Judge Joseph Bribiesca imposed the sentence.

Hutchison was originally charged in September with two counts of sexual exploitation of a child after a 33-year-old woman discovered nude images of her daughter on a camera, according to court and police records.

He admitted to three counts of breach of privacy on March 31 after making a plea deal with prosecutors.
