A north Wichita resident discovered five bullet holes in side of a his garage, police said.
A 57-year-old man said the gunfire happened between 1 and 2 a.m. Thursday in the 3300 block of North Fairview, Lt. Dan East said Friday.
The bullet holes were reported about 8 p.m. Thursday, according to a police report. East said he didn’t know why there was a delay in reporting the incident.
The man was in the house, which is northeast of 29th and Arkansas, with two women – ages 52 and 25 – at the time, East said. No injuries were reported.
