The record: Sedgwick County’s annual real estate mass appraisal report by the county appraiser’s office

Why you’d want it: To learn more about residential and commercial property values in Sedgwick County and about home sales trends. The report includes information about sales activity, new construction and building permits. The report also maps changes in appraisals. For example, 54 percent of residential properties saw no change in valuation this year.
