It’ll be a breezy Monday in the Wichita area, forecasters say, with highs in the mid-50s and a few clouds dotting the sky.
Winds will be out of the south in the morning, then switch to the north and gust to nearly 30 miles an hour at times. Overnight lows will fall into the mid-20s under mostly clear skies, forecasters say. Winds will be blustery out of the north before easing to the single digits in the early morning hours.
Tuesday will be sunny but colder, forecasters say, with highs only in the upper 40s. Winds will be in the teens out of the north, gusting occasionally to about 20 miles an hour.
Lows should settle in the low 30s, forecasters say, with winds shifting to the south after midnight. Highs Wednesday are expected to vault into the 60s.
