Fight leaves four injured, one arrested

A 27-year-old man was arrested following an altercation in north Wichita that left three people injured, police said.
A woman reported that a 25-year-old man was bleeding from a stomach wound; her 37-year-old husband suffered injuries to his stomach, back and head; and a third person was also injured in a clash at about 7 p.m. on Sunday in the 2100 block of North Meridian, Wichita police Lt. Dan East said.
The 25-year-old man was taken to Via Christi Hospital St. Francis for treatment. The 27-year-old man showed up at St. Francis later for treatment of injuries, East said.
Officers at the hospital interviewed him and, after he was treated and released, booked him into the Sedgwick County Jail on suspicion of aggravated battery, East said.
Officers are still trying to find out what prompted the altercation.
