One Associated Press college basketball poll voter switched his No. 1 vote from Florida to Wichita State this week.
Not exactly a seismic shift, but the Shockers remain a solid No. 2 this week’s AP poll. Florida got 50 of 65 first-place votes, while WSU got the other 15.
Villanova, Arizona, Louisville, Virginia, Duke, Michigan and San Diego State (tied for eighth) and Kansas round out the top 10.
The top five are the same in the USA Today coaches poll.
Wichita State, winner of the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament on Sunday, watches the rest of college basketball in tournaments this week before Sunday’s NCAA selections are announced. Florida plays in the SEC Tournament beginning Friday in Atlanta.
