Wichita weather: Dangerously cold, with blowing and drifting snow

It’ll be dangerously cold – particularly in the morning – on Wednesday in the Wichita area, forecasters say. Wind chills will hover around minus 15 at daybreak and early in the day, with the temperature only climbing a couple of degrees throughout the mostly cloudy day. The high will only be in the upper single digits, forecasters say, with north winds keeping the wind chill below 0.
