Two teenage boys who were out walking at 7:30 Friday night were confronted by a 31-year-old man in the 1000 block of North Market, police said Saturday.
The man told one of the boys – a 16-year-old – that he wanted his glove, Sgt. Jeff Davis said. The boy gave it to the man, who then put on the glove and hit the boy in the face, Davis said.
The man left, but police found him in the area and arrested him on suspicion of robbery and battery and other warrants, Davis said. The boy’s injuries were minor, he said.
