KU chancellor to speak on MLK Day in Wichita

Bernadette Gray-Little, chancellor for the University of Kansas, will be the featured speaker at a Martin Luther King Jr. Day event Jan. 20 in Wichita.

The event starts at noon at Wichita State University’s Hughes Metropolitan Complex, 29th Street North and Oliver.

Wichita Mayor Carl Brewer and U.S. Rep. Mike Pompeo are also scheduled to speak. The event is sponsored by the Greater Wichita Ministerial League.
