A former Kansas Air National Guardsman who was assigned to McConnell Air Force Base was sentenced Monday to probation and ordered to pay restitution for a wire fraud conviction.
Eledria J. Bradley, 29, of Wichita was given three years’ probation and ordered to pay $54,992 in restitution for filing false travel claims, the office of U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said in a news release.
Bradley accessed her file through an online personnel system and changed her residential address from Wichita to Chandler, Ariz, while she continued to live in Wichita. The change put her outside the commuting distance to McConnell, so she fraudulently received travel money from April 2009 to April 2011.
