The Tim McGraw concert scheduled for Oct. 12 at the Kansas Star Arena has been canceled.
The arena said in a written statement that the cancellation was “due to contributing factors.” An arena spokesperson declined to elaborate on that statement.
The arena said the decision was mutually agreed upon by McGraw and the arena. There are no plans to reschedule it.
It is the second time that a concert at the arena by the country star has been canceled. McGraw had been scheduled to be the arena’s opening act on July 7. That appearance was postponed because it conflicted with a concert for storm victims in Oklahoma City, and rescheduled for Oct. 12.
All tickets for the Oct. 12 performance purchased through Ticketmaster will be automatically refunded to the cardholder’s account. Contact Ticketmaster a 800-653-8000 if you do not receive a refund within the next seven to 10 business days.
Those who purchased tickets at the arena’s box office may visit the box office for a refund.
