Man, 31, attacked inside South Seneca bar

A 31-year-old man received a severe laceration Sunday morning after he was attacked inside the Bourbon Street Bar in the 3800 block of South Seneca, near MacArthur Road.

The incident happened at 12:25 a.m. Sunday, according to Sgt. Scott Brunow, spokesman for the Wichita Police Department. Two men reportedly broke a glass bottle over the man’s head.

Police are searching for the two men.

The 31-year-old man was taken in a private vehicle to Via Christi Hospital St. Francis for treatment.
