A 31-year-old Derby man was booked into jail early Tuesday on suspicion of attempted murder and other charges over a domestic violence shooting in the 3100 block of North Rough Creek Road, records say.

No one was injured when multiple shots were fired Monday night in a home where the suspect lives, Derby police Chief Robert Lee said Tuesday.

The man also is being held on suspicion of aggravated assault, use of a deadly weapon; criminal threat; criminal discharge of a firearm; criminal damage to property; and domestic battery, according to a Sedgwick County Jail booking report released Tuesday.

The incident was reported at 6:14 p.m. Monday, Lee said. The man was booked into jail at 12:21 a.m. Tuesday, jail records show.

He was being held on a $100,000 bond.
