A Wichita teen was pistol-whipped Tuesday morning in a robbery at a residence near Woodlawn and Mount Vernon, police said.
At 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, two men kicked in a door in the 2100 block of South Greenacres, said Lt. Doug Nolte. The residents recognized one of the two as a man who goes by the street name “G-Shock,” police said.
“G-Shock“ pistol-whipped a 16-year-old in the house, hitting him several times with a handgun. The men stole cash, a gun, marijuana and ammunition, Nolte said. A 5-year-old boy sleeping at the house was unharmed and did not see the robbery, Nolte said.
Anyone knowing “G-Shock” or any other details about the robbery are asked to call police, Nolte said.
