A woman was arrested early Saturday morning in Hutchinson after allegedly shooting out a car window and firing a round of shots into the front window of the home of her mother-in-law in the 1600 block of Landon in Hutchinson.

The second round hit an inside wall, said Hutchinson Police Department Sgt. David Maness.

Police were called to the scene at 4:30 a.m.

Laura Enriquez, 29, was arrested on suspicion of six charges, Maness said.

The shooting stemmed from a previous domestic situation with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Maness said.

Enriquez first tried to run from police in her car, then on foot.

No one was injured in the shooting, Maness said.
