This might be better than breakfast in bed “cooked” by your kids.
The Sedgwick County Zoo will let mothers in free from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, which is Mother’s Day, with a paying child.
All-you-can-eat pancakes will be served up from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for $5. Brunch by Chris Cakes will be served in the Pepsi Pavilion, a news release said.
The zoo said baby goats and lambs will be at the children’s farms. Black-tailed prairie dog pups will be at the North America exhibit, and the zoo’s 2-year-old orangutan, Kinali, is expected to be on exhibit at the Koch Orangutan and Chimpanzee Exhibit.
