A Lee’s Summit soccer coach is now facing three counts of attempting to use minors to produce child pornogaphy.

A federal grand jury indictment returned Tuesday against Joel D. White replaces a single-count complaint filed against him last week.

The charges allege that White, 40, used a hidden camera to videotape three young girls while they undressed in a bedroom of his home, according to court documents.

He is being held in detention while the case is pending. Each charge carries a prison sentence of 15 to 30 years in federal prison.
