Southeast High student’s teeth knocked out in fight

Two female students at Southeast High School got into an fight on Tuesday, Wichita police Lt. Doug Nolte said Wednesday.

Two female students at Southeast High School got into an fight on Tuesday, Wichita police Lt. Doug Nolte said Wednesday.

The 16-year-old knocked out several teeth in the mouth of the 15-year-old involved, Nolte said.

The fight occurred at about 11:45 a.m., Nolte said.

A school nurse examined the injured girl; photographs of her injury were taken, Nolte said.

Police took away the other girl on suspicion of aggravated battery, Nolte said.
