Police are looking for a woman who is accused of committing armed robbery at a payday loan business Monday afternoon on Woodlawn near K-96.

The woman walked into the EZ Payday Advance at 3570 N. Woodlawn shortly before 4 p.m., displayed a handgun and demanded money, a Sedgwick County dispatch supervisor said. She then got into a white Ford F-150 being driven by a man and they drove north on Woodlawn.

The suspect is a white woman in her 20s who had a dark tan, victims told police. She is between 5-foot-2 and 5-4 and weighs perhaps 100 pounds.

She was wearing an old, dark-colored stocking cap, black sunglasses and brown or black yoga sweat pants. The pickup she left in may have had a temporary license plate, witnesses told police.
