Steve Vincent will conduct a lecture and share his talents on the piano and hand bells as part of the first session in Tabor’s Lifelong Learning skills for spring 2013.

The event is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. Friday in Tabor College’s Wohlgemuth Music Education Center in Hillsboro.

Vincent moved to Hillsboro in 2007 from Riverside, Calif. He has served on the staff at Wichita’s First United Methodist Church where he has directed choirs and played the piano and organ.

The Lifelong Learning programs are held each fall and spring at Tabor. Fees are payable at the door. Cost is $4 per session, $15 per semester or $29 per couple. Registration allows for an optional lunch at discount prices in the school’s cafeteria after the program.

The next session is scheduled March 1 with Kansas photographer Harland Schuster. His works have appeared in American Profile, Kansas! and the Kansas tourism guide.
