Two Kansas zoos are partnering for Safari Expo, a career fair for students interested in animal care and conservation.

The Rolling Hill Zoo near Salina and the Sunset Zoo in Manhattan are presenting the Expo, which will be held March 2 at the Conference Center of the Wildlife Museum at the Rolling Hills Zoo. Hours will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Check-in will begin at 1 p.m. with the first panel discussion starting 20 minutes later.

The career fair will allow high school students and their parents to visit with university representatives, people working in the field of veterinary medicine, wildlife biologists, as well as research and conservation professionals. Registration is $10 per person.
