11 arrested in weekend DUI saturation patrol

A weekend saturation patrol targeting intoxicated drivers yielded 11 arrests, including five for driving under the influence, the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office said.
Five people were arrested for driving while suspended and one for drug charges, according to the news release. Deputies also issued 45 citations for other traffic violations.
The sheriff’s office conducted the patrol from 11 p.m. Saturday to 3 a.m. Sunday.
