28 receive tickets for seat-belt, child-restraint violations during saturation patrol

Twenty-eight tickets were written for seat-belt and child-restraint violations during a four-hour saturation patrol conducted Friday by the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office, the office said Tuesday.
Between 6-10 p.m., 26 adults were cited for seat-belt violations and two for child-restraint violations. Eight citations were written for other traffic violations. Four were arrested for outstanding warrants and one for drug charges.
