Murder trial set for November in fatal shooting near 29th and Rock

A Hutchinson man charged with shooting his girlfriend to death on June 2 waived his right to a preliminary hearing Monday and pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder.

Ronald Harner, 47, is charged with shooting Jolie Crosby, 41, in her home in the 8400 block of East Greenbriar Court, which is near 29th Street and Rock Road

District Judge Warren Wilbert scheduled a Nov. 26 jury trial.
