Wichita City Council member O'Donnell files to challenge Sen. Jean Schodorf

Dozens of state officials and hopefuls lined up at the Kansas secretary of state’s office today to beat the noon deadline to file to run for state offices. The political scramble was touched off by a court decision setting boundaries for House, Senate, state school board and congressional districts.
