WICHITA — A would-be robber's method of breaking into a house earned him a trip to the hospital early this morning.
The 32-year-old man forced his way into a World Impact Village property in the 1100 block of North Market by kicking in a glass door at about 12:45 a.m., Lt. Joe Schroeder said. The broken glass cut his right ankle, police reports indicate.
He was taken to Via Christi Hospital on St. Francis for treatment and then booked into jail. Four people inside the property were not injured, Schroeder said.
