WICHITA — That "closed" sign for the interchange linking Kellogg and I-135? Ignore it.
The interchange has been open since Friday, Kansas Department of Transportation spokesman Tom Hein said.
"There's still some work to do, like striping, but it's all open," Hein said.
Maintenance crews just haven't been able to take down the "closed" signs yet, though that's on the list of things to do today, he said.
