WICHITA — An Osage City man pleaded guilty to federal child pornography charges this week.
U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said Jason Croucher, 27, entered his plea Tuesday in federal court in Topeka to two counts of receiving or distributing child pornography and one count of possessing child pornography.
Sentencing is set for Dec. 20. He faces 5 to 20 years on each count of distributing child pornography, and up to 10 years on the possession charge. He also faces fines of $250,000 on each count.
This case is being prosecuted as part of the Justice Department's Project Safe Childhood, Grissom said.
